After passing through customs and exiting the main airport building, your driver will be waiting for you outside in the arrivals area with a professional sign displaying your name and the Guanacaste Airport Shuttle logo. We will also send you the driver’s name and vehicle details via WhatsApp for your peace of mind.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it. We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust the pick-up time at no extra cost. Your private transport will be there exactly when you land, guaranteed.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
When requesting a quote, you must specify the number of people traveling. If there are any changes, you must notify us in advance, as the quote will be adjusted if there are more people than budgeted for, and there will be an additional cost.
Can we stop to buy food or use the restroom during the trip?
Yes! One of the best advantages of a private service is flexibility. We offer a free 20-minute stop to buy food, grab a quick snack, or go to the ATM. If you need a longer stop for a full meal, just let us know in advance and we will arrange it to provide you with professional service.
Do you provide safety seats for babies and small children?
