Amazing day full of adventure!
Amazing day of adventure!! This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we saw so much in one day! We had the best guide and because of this we had truly had a stress- free, fun day! We loved the nature reserve, hike, lunch at a Soda and river tubing! Each part of the day was unique and fun in its own way. Highly recommend.

Fifth time in Tamarindo but probably my last
I love Tamarindo and have been there 5 times in the last 10 years. The beach is incredible and surfing is amazing. The locals are super nice and the sunsets are epic.. Tamarindo will always have a special place in my heart. We always take lessons and rent boards from Iguana Surf. They are the best and after all these years we have become so close and familiar with their staff, as their instructors remain the same. Why it will sadly be my last visit? The ruggedness of the place, the unpaved roads when you are not staying at a location on the main road got on my nerves this time, and, it is becoming expensive (needlessly).

Stress-Free Travel for Our Group of 13!
Our week-long Costa Rican adventure included 13 friends and family members. We booked with Mónica from Liberia Airport Shuttle, and from start to finish, our shuttle experience was exceptional! My email correspondence with Mónica was above and beyond. She answered all of my questions within a day and was extremely detailed and thorough in her responses. Upon arriving at Liberia Airport in Costa Rica, our shuttle driver met us right outside the customs doors with a clearly marked sign and escorted us directly to our shuttle. Our driver, along with an additional helper, was incredibly helpful and made loading the luggage and departing the airport seamless. The drive to our resort was longer than expected due to unforeseen traffic delays and an accident that was out of anyone’s control. What should have been about an hour and 15 minutes took nearly two and a half hours. After a long travel day, that wasn’t the ideal way to start our vacation. Nevertheless, our driver was attentive and apologetic, even though the situation was completely beyond his control. Most importantly, he got us to the resort safely. The day before our departure, Mónica reached out via email to confirm our return shuttle details, reconfirm our pickup time, and verify our airline information. The next morning, our shuttle driver arrived right on time. Thankfully, the ride back to the airport was much smoother, with no traffic delays. Our driver even took back roads to proactively avoid potential congestion. We truly appreciated the professionalism, amazing communication, and overall reliability with our shuttle experience. We are grateful for such smooth and reliable service and highly recommend booking with Liberia Airport Shuttle!

Private La Leona tour
This is an action packed private tour. Maria has excellent communication about the tour and is available for any specific questions. Mario, the driver, was on time and even took us to a local market to purchase water shoes for the tour. Alan, Randall and Freddy, our guides, were amazing and made us feel safe and comfortable all along the way! La Leona is a must see destination for any adventure seeker! We did the hike to La Leona and the tubing down the river. The hike is challenging(not recommended for little kids or anyone with any physical challenges). You will get wet(bathing suit and water shoes recommended) and will be challenged to climb rocks, stairs, jump into the water off rocks, and swim(life jackets are available if needed). The tubing is less strenuous, but there is some walking involved to get to the river. If you are considering this tour, i would highly recommend the private tour. We had a total of 6 people including the guides. We saw groups of 20-30 people! Our family loved every minute of it. Thank you for this awesome adventure in beautiful Costa Rica!
