Yes, we need you to let us know 24 hours in advance to make a change in your itinerary.

We prefer that you pay in US dollars. Daily changes in the dollar exchange rate can cause misunderstandings.

Yes, you can ask the driver to stop for lunch, breakfast, dinner, or to take pictures on the way at no additional charge. Additional tour stops will cost you $20 per hour of waiting time.

No. When you make your reservation, you will receive a confirmed itinerary with pick-up date and times. We work on an itinerary basis. If you make a change to your schedule it would be a good idea to call the office and notify us of the specific change in date and/or time.

Once you land at the airport, you have to go through customs. Once you do that, the main exit gate (there is only one) is the next step to exit the airport. Upon arrival, look for a sign with your name and the name of our company. One of our representatives will be waiting for you in this area to help you with your luggage and take you to the vehicle.

No. Gratuity is not included. A normal gratuity is about 10% of the price. It is not mandatory.

Sometimes it is difficult to find the driver when the departure gate area is full. If this is the case, we have a 24/7 emergency number where you can contact us. Within Costa Rica just dial 8 digits (area code is not necessary) please call us at 63591456 (with Alexis) or email us at info@guanacasteairportshuttlecr.com and a representative will give you instructions in order to find the driver. Do not let anyone touch your luggage or call for you as it will sometimes make you think we are not available or not going to arrive, be sure to talk to us directly and we will be happy to help you find your driver.

When making a reservation, it is mandatory to provide flight details. We use this information to track flights on the airlines website. This way we know the exact time of your arrival or if your flight has been cancelled. We will appreciate if you call us if for some reason you cannot make the plane as the driver will be waiting for you without knowing that you will not be there.

If you are staying in a hotel, we recommend that you wait in the lobby or reception area in order to avoid delays.

Our services are private. You do not have to share the vehicle with other passengers, except for your companions.
