Resort Rules & Essential InformationAre lockers and towels included in the day pass?
Lockers and towels are managed directly by Baldi Hot Springs Resort. Lockers can be rented for approximately $6 USD per day, and towels are provided with a refundable deposit of $10 USD each (returned when you hand back the towel). You are also welcome to bring your own towel.
What is the restaurant policy and dress code for lunch?
All guests must enter the restaurant fully dressed and completely dry (no wet swimsuits allowed). Punctuality is strictly required: arriving more than 10 minutes late results in the loss of your confirmed meal reservation, becoming subject to table availability. Groups of more than 5 guests must enter together, and meal service is allocated for 60 minutes.
Is this tour suitable for children and families?
Yes, Baldi Hot Springs is suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. When booking, please indicate the ages of any travelling children so our team can provide child safety seats in our private transfer van free of charge.
Can I open an account at the swim-up bars? Can we bring outside food?
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited by resort policy. To order drinks or extras at the wet bars (swim-up bars), the resort requires a valid credit card as a guarantee to open an account bracelet during your stay.

✓Prompt 5:00 AM Departure: Private door-to-door pick-up across Tamarindo, Flamingo, Conchal, Papagayo, and Riu hotels. Total journey is ~13 hours (approx. 4 hours scenic drive each way, giving you 6 full relaxation hours inside the resort).

✓Return Pick-Up at 3:00 PM: Your private driver will be waiting at the Baldi reception area at 3:00 PM for a smooth and comfortable return back to your Guanacaste accommodation.
